I grew up in Charlotte, in the South Park area. I attended Elon University for college but came home to Charlotte to make a life for myself. I received my MBA from UNC Charlotte with a focus on healthcare administration. I currently work in healthcare on the business side.

My husband and I moved to Seversville nearly 10 years ago. We rented for a little over a year on Duckworth Ave and absolutely fell in love with the area. We purchased a home on Duckworth (less than a block away from where we were renting!) 8 years ago and feel so fortunate to be part of this community. We have since grown our family to include a dog, Sebastian who is 12 years old, and our son, Rory who is 3. My 15 year old bonus daughter also lives with us part of the time. Don't be surprised if you see us chasing Rory around on his bike. We may also walk with him while he explores whatever he can get his hands on.

I'm excited to serve on the Seversville Community Board. I look forward to continued engagement with community members to ensure that our neighborhood moves forward in a welcoming, inclusive way. I can't wait to hear from our neighbors what their vision is for this community and support that collective vision. I am here to serve!
